When things aren't right

When something isn't right it's important to find it easy to resolve. One shirt was poorly stiched on the seam. A quick email, a response a couple of hours later, a bag and prepaid label, and it's replacement arrived a few days later!
Never had s problem before so it was good to find yhat Warwickshire sorted it out well!
