Returns Policy

Standard Returns Policy
Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging (unless returning for reasons such as being faulty).

Extended Christmas Returns
For purchases made between 15th November and 15th December, we are extending our returns period until 15th January to accommodate holiday gifting. The same conditions for returns apply as stated above.

Faulty or Damaged Items
We accept free returns on items damaged in transit or received faulty. Please contact us for your free returns label if your order meets this criterion. (You have 28 days from purchase to report faulty items)

Other Returns
For any other reason for return (e.g., wrong size ordered), the cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer. Please use any suitable carrier to send your items back; we recommend Royal Mail and a tracked service.

Include a note or use the returns section on the order sheet that was sent with your order. Include details of your order number, name, or postcode, and indicate if you would like an exchange or refund.

Return Shipping Costs
Items sent back for exchange or refund, which are not covered by Faulty or Damaged Items*, are to be sent back at the cost of the customer.
