Agreement

The products displayed on our website serve as an "invitation to treat." When you submit an order for products, you are making a contractual offer.

A contract will only be established between you and us upon our acceptance of your order.

To enter into this agreement:

  1. Add the desired products to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. If you're a new customer, create an account or log in if you're an existing customer. If you're checking out as a guest, the agreement is entered once you submit your order.
  3. Choose your preferred delivery method, confirm your order, and consent to the terms of this agreement.
  4. We will send you the First Acknowledgment.
  5. Upon confirming our ability to fulfill your order, we will send you the Second Acknowledgment, officially forming the binding contract. Alternatively, we will inform you if we cannot fulfill your order.

Please note that we do not file copies of this agreement. While we may update the agreement on our site, we recommend that you download, print, and retain a copy for your records.

This agreement is provided in English only.

Business-to-Business (B2B) Agreement

(This section applies exclusively to Business-to-Business purchases through Warwickshire Clothing or associated entities and representatives.)

Payments:

  • Payment is required on a pro-forma basis to reserve the products for prompt processing.
  • Returns are only accepted within the first 28 days after receiving the products. A written return request must be submitted within 72 hours of merchandise receipt. Requests beyond this timeframe may be declined.
  • Products returned damaged, used, or lacking original packaging or tags due to buyer negligence will not be eligible for refunds or exchanges.
  • Returns are not accepted for decorated or washed garments.
  • Returns resulting from customer error will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Refused deliveries incur a 15% restocking fee and transportation charges.
  • When orders are delivered to parties other than the buyer, it's the buyer's responsibility to verify accuracy.

Order Process

Upon placing an order, you'll receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This email confirms your order but not its acceptance. Payment is processed at order receipt. If we cannot supply the ordered goods, you will be promptly refunded. Acceptance of your order occurs upon dispatch, unless stated otherwise.

Prices

While we strive to maintain accurate prices on our website, errors may occur. If a price error is detected, we will offer you the option to confirm at the correct price or cancel the order. Our website prices include standard UK VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Delivery

We aim to dispatch goods within 24 hours. Standard delivery takes 2-4 days (Monday to Friday), up to 15 days in certain cases. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times. Signature may be required on receipt, and an alternative delivery address can be specified.

Credit/Debit Card Payments

Use the same address as your credit card for efficient processing. Provide a landline telephone number for queries. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, and Delta through a secure server.

Pre-Orders

Pre-ordering guarantees availability but requires full payment. Pre-orders can't be cancelled. After receiving a pre-ordered item, you have 14 days to notify us of a return.

Warranties

We warrant that purchased products are of satisfactory quality. By ordering, you warrant legal capacity and accuracy of information. Product warranties lie with the manufacturer.

Craghoppers Guarantee

Valid for 12 months from purchase. Afterward, contact Craghoppers. Requires proof of purchase and registration. Excludes misuse, wear, tear, accident, alterations. Footwear has a 1-year guarantee.

Consumer Rights

You can cancel within 7 working days of receiving products. If you cancel, return products promptly. You'll bear the cost of returns.

Returns

Incorrect or defective items may be returned within 30 days. Ensure items are in new, unused condition with original packaging. We recommend insured delivery.
