1. Ordering Process

1.4 Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract between you and Warwickshire Clothing occur upon dispatch of the products. An email with tracking information will be sent upon dispatch.
2. Pricing and Payment
2.1 All prices on the Website are in British Pounds (£) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Warwickshire Clothing reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, the price of products in your order will be honoured once the order has been accepted.
2.3 Payment can be made using the payment methods available on the Website, including Klarna. Payments are handled securely, and Warwickshire Clothing does not store your payment details.

3.2 Discount codes are limited to one per customer per transaction and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, offers, or sale items.
3.3 Warwickshire Clothing reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict the use of discount codes and promotions at any time without notice.
3.4 If a discount code is applied to an order that is later refunded, the refund amount will reflect the price paid after the discount.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1 Warwickshire Clothing aims to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times may vary based on location and circumstances. Delivery options and estimated times are provided during checkout.
4.2 Free 48-hour Royal Mail delivery is available on all items. Additional paid expedited shipping options are also available.
4.3 Warwickshire Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control - including but not limited to natural disasters, customs delays, or postal service disruptions.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Your Right to Cancel
5.1 Statutory Right to Cancel: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel via a clear statement (e.g., an email to Info@warwickshireclothing.com).
5.2 30-Day Return Policy: In addition to your statutory rights, Warwickshire Clothing accepts returns within 30 days of receipt, subject to the terms outlined on our Returns Policy page.
5.3 Items must be returned in their original condition. Warwickshire Clothing reserves the right to refuse returns or reduce refund amounts for items that do not comply with our policy or show signs of unreasonable use.
5.4 Refunds will be issued using the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected. This includes the cost of standard delivery if the full order is cancelled within the 14-day statutory period.
6. Price Match Policy
6.1 Eligibility: We will match the total price (including delivery fees) of an identical item offered by any UK-based, VAT-registered online retailer on their official website. We exclude price matching against third-party marketplaces (such as eBay and Amazon), unauthorised resellers, and items already on sale.
6.2 Matching Criteria: The item must exactly match - including brand, model, colour, size, and condition. The competitor must have the item in stock at the time of the request.
6.3 Timing: Price matching must be requested before placing your order. It cannot be used in conjunction with other discount codes or promotions.
6.4 Reservation of Rights: Warwickshire Clothing reserves the right to refuse a price match request at our sole discretion, including for pricing errors on competitor sites or suspicious business practices.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
