Returns and Refunds

How to Return an Order & Returns Policy

Returns Policy

Standard Returns Policy
Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging (unless returning for reasons such as being faulty).

Extended Christmas Returns
For purchases made between 15th November 2024 and 15th December 2024, we are extending our returns period until 15th January 2025 to accommodate holiday gifting. The same conditions for returns apply as stated above.

Faulty or Damaged Items
We accept free returns on items damaged in transit or received faulty. Please contact us for your free returns label if your order meets this criterion. (You have 28 days from purchase to report faulty items.)

Other Returns
For any other reason for return (e.g., wrong size ordered), the cost of the return is the responsibility of the customer. Please use any suitable carrier to send your items back; we recommend Royal Mail and a tracked service.

Include a note or use the returns section on the order sheet that was sent with your order. Include details of your order number, name, or postcode, and indicate if you would like an exchange or refund.

Return Shipping Costs
Items sent back for exchange or refund, which are not covered by point 2 (Faulty or Damaged Items), are to be sent back at the cost of the customer.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5 days from when we receive the item(s). Payments are refunded back to your original payment option and cannot be changed.

Any items sent back to us in a used and/or damaged unsalable condition will not be refunded.

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom excluding Northern Ireland and some remote islands. We operate on Amazon & eBay and can acomedate international orders via those platforms. If you wish to order on those platforms, search warwickshire clothing on them.

If you order from one of the excluded areas, our customer services team will be in touch to either arrange special carriage charges or to refund your order. However, most of these orders should be automatically rejected by our systems and not allow you to order. You can contact customer services for more information or to arrange special delivery. We cannot guarantee we can accommodate this.

Dispatch Schedule

  • Orders for Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Special Delivery are dispatched the same day if placed before 2:00 pm.
  • Orders placed on Fridays are often dispatched the following Monday, except for Tracked 24 and Special Delivery orders placed before the 2:00 pm cutoff.

Certain locations are excluded from Standard Delivery/Next-Day Delivery options. These areas are classified as ‘out of areas’ and include the following postal codes:

How do i find my tracking information?

Once you've ordered, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and tracking number. If you've lost your email, you can send a request to customer services with your name and address to be re-sent your original email.
