Dispatch and Delivery

Warwickshire Clothing is committed to providing reliable and prompt delivery services. Please find our delivery options and details below:

UK Mainland Shipping Options

Standard Delivery - FREE Delivery
Royal Mail Tracked 48 (Delivery within 2-3 working days)

Express Delivery - £3.99
Royal Mail 24 (Delivery within 1-2 working days)

Special Delivery Next Day - £9.99
Order by 12:00pm for next-day delivery - Monday to Thursday only, if you order on Friday, your delivery may not arrive until the following week. Items are not sent out at weekends.

 

Shipping Exclusions
We currently only ship within the UK Mainland.

Dispatch Schedule

  • Orders for Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Special Delivery are dispatched the same day if placed before 1:00 pm.
  • Orders placed on Fridays are often dispatched the following Monday, except for Tracked 24 and Special Delivery orders placed before the 1:00pm cutoff. (note, your parcel dispatched on Friday would most likely not get to you until Monday)
  • Orders placed at the weekend are not processed until Mondays. All delivery times start on Monday. I.e. if you order on a Sunday for a next day delivery, this would be delivered to you on Tuesday, not Monday. 1-2 Working days orders placed at the weekend would normally be with you by Tuesday/Wednesday. Royal mail 24 is not a guaranteed service.

Shipping Exclusions

Certain locations are excluded from Standard Delivery/Next-Day Delivery options. These areas are classified as ‘out of areas’ and include the following postal codes:

  • Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland
  • Excluded Postcodes:
    AB, BD23, BD24, BT, CA, DG, DL10, DL11, DL12, DL16, DL7, DL8, DL9, FK17, FK18, FK19, FK20, FK21, G60, G81, G82, G83, G84, GY, HR, HS, IM, IV, JE, KA, KW, LA, LD, LL, PA, PH, PO31-PO41, SY, TD, TR21-TR25, ZE.

Additional Information

  • Warwickshire Clothing is not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, customs delays, or postal service disruptions.

International Delivery

We have temporarily suspended international deliveries due to the current situation with border import/export duties.


Returns, Exchange & Refund Policy

We accept returns up to 30 days from the confirmed delivery date.
(Extended to 45 days during the Christmas period.)

Return Requirements:

  • Items must be in their original state: unused and in their original packaging.
  • Include the invoice (with a written reason for the return/exchange) inside the package.

Return Process:

  1. Package the item securely, including the invoice.
  2. Mail it to our return address.
  3. Once received, our team will process your refund or exchange.

Additional Notes:

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., the original invoice) is required for all returns/exchanges.
  • For used items, up to 20% may be deducted from the refund, subject to evaluation.
  • We are not liable for return shipping costs unless:
    • The item is damaged in transit or faulty.
    • In such cases, contact us to arrange a free return.
