Christmas Delivery Information 2024
Make sure your gifts arrive on time for the big day! Below, you'll find all the key information you need to ensure your parcel is delivered before Christmas.
Order Cut-Off Date for Christmas Delivery
To guarantee delivery before Christmas, please place your order by:
🛍️ Tuesday, 17th December 2024, at 12:00 PM
Orders placed after this time may not arrive before Christmas Day, but we will do our best! This is due to carriers not able to guarantee delivery, we will still dispatch all of our orders up until Christmas Eve.
Please consider this deadline carefully when shopping for your gifts!

- Standard Delivery – FREE
Royal Mail Tracked 48
(2-4 Working Days) - Express Delivery – £5.99
Royal Mail Tracked 24
(1-2 Working Days)
Dispatch Schedule
- Orders for Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Special Delivery are dispatched the same day if placed before 2:00 pm.
- Orders placed on Fridays are often dispatched the following Monday, except for Tracked 24 and Special Delivery orders placed before the 2:00 pm cutoff.
- Orders placed at the weekend are not processed until Mondays. All delivery times start on Monday. I.e. if you order on a Sunday for a next day delivery, this would be delivered to you on Tuesday, not Monday. 1-2 Working days orders placed at the weekend would normally be with you by Tuesday/Wednesday. Royal mail 24 is not a guaranteed service.
Important Notes
- Delivery times may vary during peak periods or in the event of Royal Mail strikes or other industrial action. Please order as early as possible to avoid delays.
- If you're located in a shipping exclusion zone, such as the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, or other out-of-area locations, delivery times may be extended. Check our full shipping policy for details.
Returns During the Holiday Season
We’ve extended our returns period for Christmas!
- Any orders placed between 1st November 2024 and 24th December 2024 can be returned until 31st January 2025.
- Our regular return policy applies: items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
