I ordered the wrong size and the return process was simple and the correct size was soon dispatched thanks to warwickshire clothing.
These shoes are made from sturdy wax leather uppers and dual density sole unit with ample grips.
The fit was great from the outset.
The 4 hole lace system is completed with a final metal hook to aid the removal of the shoe.
The shoe is well made but lightweight and feel they will last a long time.
My walking is generally through forest tracks and footpaths so I'm sure these will do great.
I recommend these to anyone who enjoys walking with or without a dog.

This is my second pair of Torridons which are really good at keeping feet dry and are worn every day for at least 8 hours, they're very comfortable right out of the box. The service from Warks Clothing was first class with next day delivery. Highly recommended.
Shoes arrived promptly. Surprised by quality of leather and deeply treaded soles for excellent grip. I've had a Hoggs of Fife trapper hat for years, which never seems to age of wear out, so perhaps I shouldn't be surprised by the quality. Eventually all walking shoes, regardless of price, seem to leak, so I cannot comment on this aspect whilst the shoes are new. Ask me again in three to four years. In a word, however, my comment would be, excellent quality and value for money.

I'm very pleased with the walking shoes that will get a lot of wear and tear walking the dog. They are the right size and were hard to find but am glad that I did. The price and delivery were excellent.
